ELECTRIC BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT
FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WtLDF|RE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO
STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT rS REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND
PRIOR TO ANY CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL
ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR. 2,OOO PSF
6) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR BUILDING
INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) OWNER SUBMTTTED EMA|L DATED APR|L 4,2023 ATTESTING THE EXISTING
SEPTIC SYSTEM IS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER AND BUILDING REMODEL/
ADDITION RESULTS IN NO NEW NET INCREASE IN TOTAL BEDROOM
COUNT. EXISTING HOME OF 2 BEDROOMS SHALL REMAIN A 2 BEDROOM
RESIDENCE UPON COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION WORK.
