This letter is being provided at the request of Form 4:4 Construction Management,Inc. to document structural
remediation items required from the Correction Notice dated,4ll|l23 by John Hendricks at the subject property
1. Detail 63153.6 has been revised and is att¿ched. This detail applies at gridlines I & 7.
2. Outlookers do not have hangers to face of truss top chord. No corrective action required. Minimum (2)
16d nails are adequate for the 205 lb. reaction of each outlooker, Detail 63 has been revised to reflect this
condition.
3. Ridge beam at overframing does not have ahanger, but is pressure blocked with (8) 16d nails and has a
vertical support post. Additionally, 435's have been used at the valley plate rather than LS90s. No
corrective action required. E-o-R approves of as-built condition.
4. Shimmed fascia with (3) #10x5" scrertrs to truss tails is adequate and does not require further corrective
action.
