HomeMy WebLinkAboutRoof Height CertificateRE: 9175 Highway 82, Glènwood Springs, Colorado HCE Prcject No. 2201008.00 Regarding the roof height of the recently construsted residence at Lst 2, Burry Ranch, as shown on a certain Land Survey Plat titled "IMPROVEMENT SURVEY PLAT WITH PARTIAL TOPO", dated December 20ú,20!g, being situated in Section 18, Township 7 South, Range 88 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Garfield, State of Coloradq and having a street address of 9175 Highway 82, Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The max height elevations as well as the proposed grade elevation and finished floor elevation were referenced from architectural plans, titled "JERONIMUS RESIDENCE," lssue No. 8, sheet A3.1, and sheet A1.2, prepared by Canadian Timberframes Limited, dated March 30th,2023. L. The proposed grade elevation per said architectural plans is 5998.00' and is noted to be 6 inches below the finished floor elevation. 2. The proposed finished floor elevation per said architectural plans is identified as 5998.50'. 3. Based on said architectural plans the max height allowed is 6023.00' High Country Engineering, lnc. surveyed the structure on Monday, March L3th,2023 and found the following: 1. The mid-point of roof elevation was found to be 6022.A9' (0.91 feet less than the maximum permitted elevation).
