Yes, the new house will be in almost exactly the same place as the house that was demo'd. The answer to your second
question is also yes.

Got a question
SITE PLAN SGM civildrawing page 5 of L0 dated 03.29.23 shows a SITE PLAN with "close up" view of the proposed new
home and reference to the "existing driveway".
lnasmuch as the SITE PLAN does not include the outlying property boundaries and lot lines -
Would I be correct in understanding the new home will be placed in similar proximity to the previous home site
(DEMO'D) found on page 4 of 10 Existing Site Conditions?
Based upon the shape and angle of the driveway, I think l'm reading the SITE PLAN correctly and new house will be
constructed on SOUTHERLY side of the lot and fairly central to the SE and SW boundary lines?
: Part of the permit review includes checking for zoning setbacks; your email response will be most helpful.
I will cotinue the residential code review today, should I have further questions l'll email you and the project team
under separate cover,
