Holder), the principal sum of Two hundred ninety thousand and 00/100 (5290,000.00) Dollars,
with no interest. Principalshall be payable at 59 Wild Rose Court, Glenwood Springs, CO 8160L, or
such other place as the Note Holder may designate.
2. Borrower may prepay the principal amount outstanding under this Note, in whole or ¡n part, at
any time without penalty. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, ¡t is the
intent of E & L Real Estate Development, LLC to sell following described property located in
Glenwood Springs, County of Garfield, State of Colorado, Legal Address - Section: 1 Township: 7
Range:89 Subdivision: IRONBRIDGE PHASE lll Lot: 50 FILING L(23474 SF +/-), known as No. 1817
River Bend Way, Glenwood Springs, CO 8160L (Property Address), to another party for the
construction of a new home. Should the property not be sold by December 37,2023, the property
shall be reconveyed to Margarito Chavez for the sum of Ten thousand and 00/100 Dollars
(S10,000.00) and this Promissory note shall become nulland void.
3. lt is hereby agreed that E & L Real Estate Development, LLC shall pay all real estate taxes for the
calendar year 2023, along with the monthly HOA fees for said year.
