FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION lS REOUIRED: GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL
COMPLY WITH A1 .2 FIRE MITIGATION PLAN DATED 5/11/2023 STAPLED TO
FIELD COPY OF PLANS.
5) OPEN-HOLE SOILS REPORT MUST BE PREPARED BY THE GEOTECHNICAL
ENGINEER OF RECORD. SUPPLY REPORT TO GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING
INSPECTOR AT FOOTING INSPECTION. 2,OOO PSF SOIL BEARING.
0) pRE-ENctNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERTNG FOR INSPECTOR AT
TIME OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION IO VERIFY
STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER
PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR
BU I LDING ENVELOPM ENT REOUIREM ENTS.
