Hello:
My name is Carolyn Nydahl and my husband Scott White and I are the owners of property located at 12 St Finnbar
Farm Road, Carbondale, CO 81623.
Tax account number: R007187; parcel number 239131318012. The land was purchased under the name
White/Nydahl Family Trust. Scott White and Carolyn Nydahl are trustees.
We are in the process of building a single family home and secondary ADU on the property. Our contractor Geoff
Stangl will no longer be working on the job, so we need to take over our permits as owner/builder.
Here are permit numbers:
Main home: #BLREW-11-21-7251
ADU: #BLRE-04-22-7415
We also have these grading permits;

#GRAD-04-22-7416
We are close to completion of the house and ADU: they are installing appliances, finishing bathrooms etc.
Can you please transfer these permits to
Scott White as owner builder?
