Re: Vertical Bridge Tower Application - Request for Waiver of Traffic Study & Landscaping Plan

This letter is submitted to satisfy item #6 of your email & letter dated March 4,20!9
The proposed Vertical Bridge Cell Tower facility, located at L5L0 Forest Service Road 300, Glenwood Springs,
CO 8160l., which sits over 1.,000' north of 4 Mile Road and % miles NW of the Sunlight Ski Resort, will be
UNMANNED and once constructed should only be visited by a single pickup truck every 45-60 days for regular
inspections and routine maintenance. Since the facility will be unmanned, there will not be an impact to the
amount of traffic to 4 Mile Road or CO Road 1L7 leading northeast towards Glenwood Springs in the
surrounding area and no need for a Traffic Study to be conducted for this site.
Furthermore, the proposed cell tower facility will be placed within a wooded area of the subject property.
The tower will be approximately 225' off Forest Service Road 300 and over 200' away from the nearest
residential structure. Because the tower facility will be sufficiently screened by over 200' of wooded buffer in
all directions, a Landscape Plan would not be needed in our application.
Please accept this letter as our official Requests for Waiver of the Traffic Study & Landscape Plan as required

Management Plan
Ms. Dalby,
This letter is submitted to satisfy item #5 of your email & letter dated March 4,2O!9.
The proposed Vertical Bridge CellTower, located at 15L0 Forest Service Road 300, Glenwood Springs,
CO 8160L, will consist of a 50'X35' fenced compound area which will initially contain a 70' tall monopole
tower and associated 12'X20' leased area for our anchor tenant, T-Mobile, as shown in detail on page Z-
2 of our zoning drawings. The tower compound facility will be UNMANNED and should only be visited
for regular inspections and routine maintenance every 45-60 days. Since the facility will be unmanned,
there will not be a need for county water service or a way to capture, control & remove wastewater
from the site and because there will not be water service brought to the facility, there will be no need
for our plans and application to show a Water Supply Plan or Wastewater Management Plan. The only
utility services required/needed for the tower compound facility will be power and telco/fiber.
Please accept this letter as our official Requests for Waiver of the Water Supply Plan & Wastewater

This letter is submitted to satisfy one of the outstanding items in your email dated September L2,2OI9
The proposed Vertical Bridge Cell Tower facility, located at 15L0 Forest Service Road 300, Glenwood Springs,
CO 81601, which sits over L,000' north of 4 Mile Road and % miles NW of the Sunlight Ski Resort, will be
constructed within a 60-75 day upon approval by Garfield County. The proposed project will not be phase
and no public improvements will be required due to the addition of this site within the county. The proposed
cell tower facility will be placed within a wooded area of the subject property and all construction activity for
the compound and access & utility easements will take place within the property limits.
Please accept this letter as our official Requests for Waiver from the lmprovement and Development
