Pinske, P.E. (CO) Project Manager 1.1 PROJECT SUMMARY, CRITERA, AND RESULTS Ramaker was hired to provide a Drainage Conformance Letter for the Sunlight Ski Resort Telecom Site. The purpose of this letter is to summarize the drainage design and conformance with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDHPE) and the Garfield County Land Use and Development Code (LUDC). The project is located at 1510 Forest Service Road 300, Glenwood Springs, CO. Per CDHPE guidelines, a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit (NPDESP) is required for development disturbing one acre or more. However, this site development will disturb a total area of approximately 0.42 acres and therefore will not require the NPDESP. Per Garfield County LUDC 7-204.C, Stormwater Water Run-Off Standards apply to any new development resulting in 10,000 sq ft of impervious area. However, this site development proposes 6,600 sf of impervious area and therefore Stormwater Run-Off standards do not apply.
