The property was visited on Thursday, 0511812023 by Joe O'Neil, P.E. The scope of work was determined by Aspen Foundation Repair and accepted by the owner prior to the involvement of Criterium-Cona Engineers. DESCRIPTION All descriptions of the structure are based on observation from White Peaks Ln. The front of the structure is assumed to face east for the purpose of this report. The subject structure is a two-story home reportedly built in 2005. The home is wood-framed construction with lapped siding and board and batten exterior. Structure has a complex gable/hip-style, asphalt-shingle roof with gutters and downspouts for drainage. There is an attached two- car garage on the left side of the home. The foundation of the home is a concrete stem wall and an assumed footer. The footer could not be directly observed. No foundation or as- built construction drawings were available for review for this project. No soils testing was available for this report.
