Dear Tectonic Management GrouP,
The plans have been reviewed to the currently adopted codes in Garfield County. lf an item is
missed during review, it is the applicant's obligation to comply with all adopted codes in Garfield
County. Below is a list of conditions to be addressed during construction. There is no response
needed, compliance will be required during field inspections. Documentation is to be provided
du¡ng construction, if needed. Please contact me if clarification is required.
Note: The lnternational Building Codes are the adopted and enforced codes within the county.
Only the Standards that are specifically being referenced within the Building Codes are utilized.
W¡tñ tnat said, only the specific sections of the standards that are being referenced are taken
into consideration- For example, the entire NFPA 409 does not apply only the referenced
sections do, as there are conflicts between the l-Codes and the NFPA 409 Standard.
