BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATION: SHOULD COMPLYWITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE
FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE SEE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DEPT WEB SITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1.500
PSF SOIL BEARING CAPACIry. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR
BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FOOTING INSPECTION.
ó) PRE FABRICATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FOUDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS REOUIREMENTS.
8) AN ELEVATION SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT AS-BUILT ROOFS
COMPLY WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S 25 FOOT BUILDING HIEGHT LIMIT AS DEFINED
IN THE LAND USE DEVELOPMENT CODE.
