MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE
FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. SEE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT rS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION 3,000 PSF.
ó) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES. PROVIDE ENGINEERED STAMPED TRUSS
DRAWINGS FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR AT FRAMING INSPECTION.
7) 20',X14',WtNE STORAGE CELLAR FOR STORAGE ONLY, NOT REVIEWED/APPROVED
FOR USE AS HABITABLE LIVING SPACE.
8) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE(S) HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AS PRIVATE GARAGE AND
WINE STORAGE USE ONLY AND AS ACCESSORY STRUCTURES TO THE FUTURE
RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST
BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR
COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN
EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
