" Description of work 2a. The 2O'xL4' will be used for wine storage. 2b. The proposed 20x74. Structure will be completed congruent with a 50 x 30 detached garage. 2.c. I confirm thatthe 20xt4 structure is to be part of the permit scope and has not be withdrawn, deleted or otherwise deferred for future construction sometime after the detached garage has been finished / finaled out. 2.d. I confirm that the 20 x 14 structure will be placed in the location where the 20 x L5 shed was identified on the original drainage and grading plans. At this time, we ask to receive an email reply from the permit holder or property owner(s) attesting to the following: 2.a. State the proposed intended use for the 20 ft by 14 ft structure. 2.b. Confirm the proposed 20 ft x L4 ft structure will be constructed and completed concurrent with the 50x30 detached garage. 2.c.
