The original DESCRIBE WORK on the building application receipted on May 22,2023 reads 50'x30' concrete garage and root cellar. W¡th hand written notes by our front desk staff: Garage will hove heot. Application is for goroge only todøy (? perhaps the final details for the root cellør were not yet completed during May's submission). W¡th that being stated, the received grading and drainage plan depicts a2Oft by 15 ft "shed" in near proximity to the proposed 30 ft x 50 ft "garage". Resubmitted drawings from TKGA dated July 10, 2023 indicate a 20 ft by 1a ft"wine cellor oddition". At this time, we ask to receive an email reply from the permit holder or property owner(s) attesting to the following: 2.a. State the proposed intended use for the 20 ft by 14 ft structure. 2.b. Confirm the proposed 20 ft x 14 ft structure will be constructed and completed concurrent with the 50x30 detached garage. 2.c. Confirm the 20 ft x 14 ft structure is to be part of the permit scope and has not be withdrawn, deletecl or otherwise deferred for future construction somet¡me after the detached garage has been finished / finaled out. 2.d. Confirm the 20 ft x 14 ft structure will be placed in location identified on the original grading and drainage plan as 20 ft x 15 ft "shed".
