REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE
DISTRICT.
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FrRST FOOTTNG TNSPECTTON ,2,000 PSF SOIL BEARTNG.
AS PROVIDED BY MIC BACA ENGINEERED FOUNDATION DESIGN (GEOTECH TO INCLUDE
COMPACTION REPORT FOR ANY STRUCTURAL FILL).
ó) ALL HtcH STRENGTH BOLTTNG AND FrELD WELDTNG REOUTRES SPECTAL TNSPECTOR. PROVIDE
APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION.
7) THE BUILDING HAS BEEN REVIEWED FOR PRIVATE USE STORAGE ONLY, AND, AS AN ACCESSORY
BUILDING TO THE I\4AIN RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE CHANGE TO BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE,
WILL BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH
ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK.

BE ROUGH-IN ONLY UNDER THIS PERMIT. BUILDING FILE CONTENTS EXPRESS AN UNHEATED,
UNCONDITIONED BUILDING SPACE WITH NO BATHROOM GROUPS OR FINISHED PLUMBING
FIXTURES.
9) MINtMAL, LtM|TED WTNDOW / DOOR TNFORMATION PROVIDED lN THE MANUFACTURER',S
SUBMITTED STEEL BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS. AS OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE CONTEMPLATES A
FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING USE TO INCLUDE RESIDENTIAL LIVING USE(S)WITHIN A PORTION OF
THE BUILDING FOOTPRINT.. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND OWNER OBTAIN SERVICES OF A OUALIFIED
ARCHITECT OR ENERGY CONSULTANT TO ASSESS SELECTED WINDOW / DOOR PACKAGE ORDER,
PROPOSED WINDOW ENERGY U-FACTORS, AND CODE REOUIREMENTS FOR ROOF VENTING,
MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL DESIGN, FUTURE BEDROOM EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE
OPENINGS, NATURAL LIGHT AND/ OR MECHANICAL VENTILATION OF HABITABLE SPACES. FUTURE
CHANGES IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY WILL BE SUBJECT TO INTERNATIONAL ENERGY
CONSERVATION CODE(S) IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK. PLEASE PLAN AND SEEK
ADVISEMENT OF OUALIFIED DESIGNER TO AVOID RISK OF DEMOLITION, REMOVAL / REPLACEMENT
OF INSTALLED MATERIALS DURING LATER PHASES OF CONSTRUCTION.
