PRE-FABRICATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR AT
TIME OF FRAME INSPECTION.

ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICANT'S WRITTEN REPRESENTATIONS)TO BE UTILIZED FOR
PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. PERMITTED SCOPE HAS NOT BEEN REVIEWED NOR
APPROVED AS A FUTURE COMMERCIAL BUSINESS OPERATION NOR FOR USE BY THE
GENERAL PUBLIC.
FOR THE FILE RECORD, ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS PROVIDE PLAN DETAILS WITH INTENT TO
INSTALL AUTOMATED / ELECTRICAL SHADING DEVICES TO ABATE HEAT / LIGHT IMPACTS
IN WALLS AND ROOF SYSTEM OF THE GLASS ATRIUM ADDITION. INCLUSION OF
SHADING DEVICES ENCOURAGED TO ABATE / AVOID POSSIBLE CIVIL DISPUTE WITH
ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS. INSTALLATION OF SHADING DEVICES SHOWN IN THE
ISSUED FIELD COPY WILL BE VERIFIED PRIOR TO GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING FINAL
INSPECTION FOR THIS ADDITION.
CURRENT SCOPE REVIEWED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING WITH PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL
USES ALLOWED IN RURAL ZONE DISTRICT. FUTURE CHANGE TO BUILDING USE OR
OCCUPANCY, SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT AND LAND USE CHANGE
PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ADOPTED CODES AND LAND USE REGULATIONS IN
EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
