Dear Jack,
On August 1st ,2023 we shot the roof height relative to the average site elevation. The
tallest roof midpoint was found to be 6469.12’
Based upon an average existing height of the structure of 6448.67’ (which was submitted
to Garfield County), the 25’ height limit is 6473.67’. Based upon our survey of the
midpoint of the tallest roof was found to be 6469.12’ as previously stated. Therefore, the
actual height of the residence is 4.55 feet below the Garfield County Height Limit.
The building height is therefore compliant with the HOA and Garfield County
regulations.
