Yes, we are approving the extension request. No fees for the extension. Good luck with the addition! Bruce Trujillo was our builder; I was the homeowner contractor. (Same arrangement for this addition.) For a variety of reasons, we could not move forward with the project in 2022 as planned (could not line up a concrete contractor at the time; we had a few challenges with supply ordering; and then winter came very early, as you may recall). The permit expired May 16 of this year. We now have everything lined up and are back on track to move forward with the project in September. I called your office recently and they indicated that I should send this request for a permit extension to you. (Congratulations, btw, on your position there -- you helped me with some questions when I first moved to Carbondale in 2011. I owned a unit in the Rick Ballantine building on Dolores Way.) Please let me know if there is anything else we need to do, or if there is a fee involved, etc. Thank you, Barbara Dills 2078 County Road 102 Carbondale
