PO Box 1749 Rifle CO Type of Work: Soil Reviewed by: Jesse Lueras Review Date: August 29, 2023 On Site Notification: A representative of Huddleston Berry Engineering and Testing (HBET) arrived on site as requested to test the bottom of open hole at 63 Meadow Creek Ct in Paracute Co. On arrival no one was on site to perform testing and proof rolls of the bottom of open hole. The bottom of the hole was covered in 8" of snow and was undisturbed, the equipment on site was covered in snow and hadnt been moved, HBET is determining this days visit as a no call cancel on this date.
