HomeMy WebLinkAboutRoof Height Verification 09.05.2023 1517 Blake Avenue, Suite 101 Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 970.945.8676  Telephone 970.945.2555  Fax www.hceng.com September 5, 2023 Benjamin Allen 361 Sopris Circle Basalt, CO 81621 Via E-mail: beniasedgwick@yahoo.com RE: 184 Clipper Place, Carbondale, Colorado HCE Project No. 2211019.01 Regarding the roof height of the recently constructed residence at Lot 24, Sterling Ranch PUD, as shown on a certain Subdivision Plat titled “STIRLING RANCH P.U.D”, dated April 24th, 2002, being situated in Section 29, Township 7 South, Range 87 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Garfield, State of Colorado, and having a street address of 184 Clipper Place, Carbondale, Colorado, High Country Engineering, Inc. surveyed the structure on Monday, August 21st, 2023 and found the following: 1. The average natural grade plane of the lot was found to be 7109.00’. 2. The mid-point of roof at plywood sheathing elevation was found to be 7131.69’. 3. The height of the mid-point of the roof stands 22.69’ above the average natural grade plane of the lot.
