Willthe building have any future potable water supply with future plumbing drain waste & vent connecting into an existing (or future) on- site wastewater treatment system. Application form lists no new sewer service, AND no natural gas, propane or electrical heating supplied to the proposed detached garage. 1 You are correct 4. Are we correct in understanding the 600 sq ft detached garage will rema¡n for private use only for the owners/ occupants of the main residence? And not as a place of employment or for a commerc¡al business use?
