To be clear I am applying the correct code and regulations to your issued FIELD COPY, I would like to obtain from you as lot owner(s) on a few items. COMMENT: I am viewing varied labels and uses for a proposed building structure on this property. The Land Surveyor references a 28 ft by aB ft "barn". The Class of work in the application form lists: NEW DETACHED GARAGE USE. CTL Thompson Geotechnical engineering investigation report lists the "REED STORAGE BUILDING". Architectural Sheets prepared by Gary Jorgensen dated on August L9,2023 reference a "proposed storage building" with floor plan and concrete slab utilized for "storage" with an 18 x I overhead garage door. QUESTION: May I please obtain a written statement directly from the property owner(s), expressing the intended building use or uses. I request something in writing from conveying the following: 3.a. That this is detached garage structure intended for private use and accessory to the main residence on the property? The proposed structure is intended for use as a cold storage building for agricultural equipment, implements and tools.
