Ultimate Driving Force Correlation Document GENERAL COMMENTARY, LIMITATIONS and ATTACHMENTS PROJECT: ADDRESS:59 County Road 317, Rifle, CO 81650 DATE:September 29, 2023 GENERAL COMMENTARY The recommendations provided herein are based on our understanding of the project and subsurface characteristics at the time of this report. Based on actual field conditions, helical piles may be installed instead of push piers. If differing project conditions are encountered, Groundworks field personel shall notify Engineering Department immediately for resolution. Unless determined by a site specific soil boring and laboratory soils anlysis, the bearing capacity (net allowable soil pressure) referenced in the first page of this report is based on our experience with soils in the project area as well as the “Presumptive Load-Bearing Values” as outlined in the referenced version of the IRC. Any perimeter pier may be installed on the interior or the exterior of the structure at the discretion of the Contractor. It should be noted that subsurface conditions can vary across the site due to natural occurence or Christopher Fitzsimmons Digitally signed by Christopher Fitzsimmons Date: 2023.09.29 09:09:33 -06'00'
