Hi Colleen, I will try to answer your questions below:
1,. The Modular and attached garage is going on the 86 acres .
2. The picture is where of the house is that burned in February 2023.
3. The new modular will be going on the same sight with an all new foundation. The Garage will be using half of
the old foundation on the south. The north half side will have a new footer and stem wall. Garage will be (42' x
24'l.The old foundation has been verified in having good structure for the garage by the soils engineer.
4. The site plan is the most resent one which represents the new modular and garage in place.

Hello! t'm starting the initial building permit application technical review for your two permits this morning.
And want to be sure I understand the site history and proposal for the site accurately.
There are some similar parcel numbers and addresses in the County Assessor's record, which I need some clarity on.
ls the new factory built home and attached site built garage going on the lot depicted below with some 86 acres?
ls the home depicted in the photo below still there?
Or is the home shown in the picture below the structure that burned down to foundation pursuant Bookcliff's SITE PLAN

Will the replacement home be located in similar location of the existing foundation?
Or in a separate location on the property?
Your application materials include a good amount of quality information for me to review, however, l'm struggling to
understand where on the site the new home w¡th garage will be placed.
