Colleen - the same set I sent last night is reattached...I forgot to add my seal to the revised sheets before
send¡ng. You are correct - those are the only 5 revised sheets (4 revised, 1 new sheet).
JimÆuliann - the only sheets needing printed and delivered to Colleen are the following 5 sheets: 4000,

Jim and Julian's primary residence permit will be coming up in my review queue soon...
YES, I will need (2) FULL SIZE paper copies for preparing the issued OFFICE COPY and FIELD COPY
The electronic attachment plans from Scott's email appears to be 18 pages long.
lF the only changes made are to sheets 4000 4002 4100 4301 4302 - then I will request ONLY (2) copies of those 5
individual sheets (and l'll take responsibility to slip sheet the newer sheets into the originally submitted plans for the
primary residence).
lF HOWEVER there are additional amendments revisions or alterations to anv of the other architecturalor structural
pages - then l, respectfully, request (2) full size copies of the ENTIRE ( AMENDED ) PLAN SETS.
Paper copies of AMENDED plans can be dropped off at the Garfield County Community Development Department
office,4th floor, GarCo Administration building in downtown Glenwood Springs; walk-in customers are welcome
between 8:30 am - 4:00 pm weekdays.

Attached is a revised perm¡t set of drawings for the 32 River Ridge Drive primary residence. I've made a few
revisions and additions per the emails we exchanged last week. Changes include:
4000 - under the project information/applicable building codes sect¡on, I added a note referencing
'prescriptive method' and locat¡ons to find corresponding information; new sheet referenced (4002 - Thermal
Envelope)
A002 - a new sheet showing the thermal envelope outl¡ne in plan and section
A100 - revised plan noting fire door and fire-rated walls at garage/residence separat¡on

A301, A302 - rev¡sed sections more clearly depicting interior gyp, plus notes referencing type 'X' gyp
separating garage and residence.
