For Amanda Pointdexter, Certified Energy Rater, and Erik and KA- Design Works:
Circling back on the Mindling Trust residential development proposed for Lot 7, 30 St Finnbar Farms in unincorporated Garfield County
Last week, Erick Hendrix was good to share attached HERS projected PDF document for the subject property.
l've read through the remitted plans, project attachments and sent PDF'S.
l'm still not finding a MANUAL J and S as referenced (on page 9 of the PDF).
ls that something you can forward to Colleen Wirth, Plans Examiner at cwirth@garfield-countv.com ?
ls there another member of the project team who is still preparing the Manual J and S reports?

Original cover sheet A001dated August I8,2023 still reads ENERGY COMPLIANCE PATH = "PRESCRIPTIVE".
Do KA-Designworks consent to a "redline" strike out over "PRESCRIPTIVE" and replace with redline note referencing today's email correspondence and
add "PERFORMANCE - Home Energy Rating Certificate" as stapled to issued FIELD COPY.

2.a. Architectural Cover sheet 4001 lists Energy Compliance Path = "PRESCRIPTIVE"? ls this correct? ll the intended building
design has been changed from PRESCRIPTIVE energy compliance path to an ERI lndex, HERS Rater or other performance
energy compliance path (with associated 'trade offs')- it would be most helpfulto confirm priorto building permit
issuance. Your written response and confirmation will be most appreciated.
