REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE N/ITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE
DISTRICT. PLEASE REFER TO THE GARFIELD COUNry COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR
ADDITIONAL I N FORN/IATION.
5) ANy CONSTRUCTION ACTtVtry THAT CHANGES THE BASTC CHARACTER OR TOPOGRAPHY OF THE
NATURAL LAND LOCATED IN THE 1OO-YEAR FLOODPLAIN MUST FIRST OBTAIN A "FLOODPLAIN
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT" THROUGH GARFIELD COUNTY'S PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
ó) ADVISEMENT REGARDING WORK SCOPE: BUILDING PLANS REMITTED SHOW NO NEW
PROJECTIONS INTO FRONT, SIDE AND REAR YARD SETBACKS; WORK SCOPE AND ARCHITECTURAL
PLANS FURTHER DENOTE NO NEW EXTENSIONS BEYOND THE EXISTING BUILDING FOOTPRINT.
GENERAL CONTRACTOR / PROPERry OWNER MUST NOT REMOVE VEGETATION FROM 35 FT
