4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT.
5) PRE-FABRTCATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERTNG FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME
INSPECTION.
6) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTTON AND PRIOR TO ANY
CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO ÏHE
BUTLDTNG TNSPECTOR (3,000 PSF).
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERT|F|CATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, lS
REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF
OVERHANGS, DECKS & OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM

RECORDED PLAT NOTE REOUIREMENTS FOR AN AUTOMATED FIRE-SPRINKLER SYSTEM).
9) DETACHED STRUCTURE (SOUTH OF MAIN HOUSE)-- INCLUDING GARAGE, WORKSHOP,
STORAGE LOFT, POWDER BATHROOM - HAS BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED AS A
PRIVATE USE ACCESSORY BUILDING TO THE PRIMARY DWELLING. ANY FUTURE CHANGE
IN BUILDING USE OR OCCUPANCY OF THIS STRUCTURE MAY REOUIRE A LAND USE
CHANGE PERMIT AND/OR AMENDED BUILDING PERMIT(S).
