ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS
REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: COMPLYWITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE
DISTRICT.
5) OpEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED TNCLUDING A COMPACTTON REPORT FOR THE STRUCTURAL
FILL BY A GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER, SOIL BEARING CAPACITY IS 2,OOO PSF. GENERAL
CONTRACTOR TO SUPPLY PREPARED REPORT TO GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTOR AT FIRST
FOOTING INSPECTION.
ó) ALL HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING, IF ANY PERTAIN, REOUIRES SPECIAL
INSPECTOR. APPROVAL REPORT MAY BE REOUIRED AT FRAMING INSPECTION - AT THE DISCRETION
OF THE GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTOR BASED UPON FIELD OBSERVATION OF THE AS.
BUILT CONSTRUCTION.
7) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE DETACHED GARAGE SHOP ONLY
ACCESSORY TO THE RESIDENCE. FUTURE CHANGE(S) IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL
FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH
ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
