CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLYWITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO
STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE REFER TO THE
GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION.
5) DESCRIBE WORK LISTED AS "non-structural interior remodel. New HVAC, plumbing,
electrical, insulation, drywall, replace broken cast iron plumbing". lF ANY
STRUCTURAL MEMBERS ARE ENCOUNTERED DURING DEMOLITION, ENGINEERS
WET STAMPED DETAILS FOR FRAME MODIFICATIONS MAY APPLY AT TIME OF
SCHEDULED FRAMING INSPECTION.
ó) REMODEL PROJECT SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2018 IECC SECTION R503
ALTERATIONS (SEE ATTACH M ENTS)
7) REMODEL PROJECT SHALL COMPLY WlrH THE 2015 IRC SECTION R310
EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS AND R310.ó ALTERATIONS OR
REPAIRS OF EXISTING BASEMENTS (SEE ATTACHMENTS).
8) REMODEL PROJECT OF THE EXISTING RESIDENCE SHALL MAINTAIN COMPLIANCE
WITH THE WESTBANK PUD GUIDE PROVISIONS FOR SECTION 11. R/ S.F. -
RESI DENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY DISTRICT (ATTACHED). STRUCTURE PRESUM ED TO
HAVE COMPLIED WITH ZONING AT TIME OF ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTION.
