At the time of their site visit, the contractor had installed the new sewer line and cleanout adjacent to the residence, the new poly 1,250-gallon two-compartment septic tank, the new effluent line, the distribution box, and the two gravelless chamber beds. An effluent filter had been installed in the outlet tee of the septic tank. The Soil Treatment Area (STA) consisted of one four-row bed with 15 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers per row and one three-row bed consisting of 15 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers per row (105 total chambers, 1,260 ft2 total STA). Inspection ports were present at each end of each row. We received a letter from the system designer dated October, 2023 which indicated the OWTS was installed in general conformance with the design. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
