TO REOUIRE OWNER BUILDER TO OBTAIN SERVICES OF A COLORADO LICENSED ARCHITECT / STRUCTURAL ENGINEER TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT STAMPED DETAILS FOR ANY ALTERATION OR MODIFICATION TO BUILDING FRAMING AND/OR STRUCTURAL MEMBER(S). 9) sEE PLAN ATTACHMENT #1 - #77 FOR GUTDANCE AND PROJECT PLANNING. SAID PLAN ATTACHMENT ALSO PROVIDES OWNER BUILDER WITH GUIDANCE ON PREPARING FOR FUTURE BUILDING INSPECTIONS. AS WE PRESUME THIS IS AN OCCUPIED RESIDENCE, THE OWNER BUILDER MUST BE PRESENT AT THE JOB SITE ON SCHEDULED INSPECTION DATES TO PROVIDE THE INSPECTOR ACCESS TO BUILDING PREMISES.
