To verify / confirm the proposed floor plans meet all applicable adopted land use and building codes, please
respond the following:
LIST OF OUESTIONS TO RESPOND TO PRIOR TO CONTINUATION OF THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS:
L. What is the proposed floor area in square feet for the lower level attached ADU (Accessory Dwelling
Unit!? _828.4-Sq Ft.

living, kitchen, entry space.
2. ls the existing home, existing ADU fire sprinklered? No

with Pella Aluminum clad windows per field measurements. Upgrading basement bedroom windows to
legal Egress. lnstalling tempered windows in locations as required by code. New U value .27.
