4) Basis of Survey: The Martin Exemption Plat filed on
September 13, 1994 in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of Garfield County,
as Reception No. 468385, various documents of record, and the found survey
monuments, as shown.
5) This survey does not constitute a title search by Sopris Engineering, LLC (SE)
to determine ownership or easements of record. For all information items
described in note 4. No title commitment was used in the preparation of the
survey.
6) The linear unit used in the preparation of this plat is the U.S. survey foot as
