I take it that the green dashed line is the Right of Way line? If so, looks good to me. Now we just need to get Dow or his attorney to fill out the application. Thanks, Jefferey S. The shading is a bit darker but hard to see. If you want it to be different let me know and I will go over it with Dow. Roger D. Neal, P.E. One question that I am trying to understand is the extent of asphalt for the access. My guess is that it would transition from asphalt surface to the recycled asphalt surface somewhere between 15+00 and 16+00 on the east side and will extend somewhere from 14+00 to 13+00 on the west side. More than anything, I am looking at it from a proposed contour perspective (ie., the blue ones) which are 13+70+/- to 15+20 +/-? If you could provide some clarification to that, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jefferey S. Access is revised to an asphalt apron and graded to drain into borrow ditch to the east and the west. Report is updated to add the borrow ditch area and size the pipe. Give me a call if you have any questions. Roger D. Neal, P.E. Plans were correct, need to revise the yellow numbers below. The three pipes on Tract 13 that are 18” are also correct, one is existing and going to be reset. The tract 11 pipe in the plans appears to have two pipes in the plan view and one will be removed. There is also a note that refers to a new 12” pipe and that should say existing 12”. Let me know when you want me to send the revisions. I would perfer to wait and see if there are any additional comments. Thanks, Roger D. Neal, P.E. I noticed that the culverts shown in the plan sheets differ from what is listed as necessary in Table 2 in the drainage report. Could you pleases take a look and explain why there might be a discrepancy? If the culverts on the plan sheets are being upsized rather than the drainage report needing to be updated for increased flows/pipe sizes. Thanks in advance.
