The Building Department has performed the review on the revised drawings dated 1Ql12l23for
the new buiiding proposed at the above address, adding offices, changing MEP's and structural
clarifications.
lf an item is missed during review, it is the applicant's obligation to comply with all adopted
codes in Garfield County. Below is a list of conditions to be addressed during construction.
There is no response needed, compliance will be required during field inspections.
Documentation is to be provided during construction, if needed. Please contact me if
clarification is required.

Good Afternoon Jason,
This is in follow up to our field visit this morning.
We observed shear paneling and nailing on the full height 8" framed wall designated as 1-3.4. The frame and shear
nailing and pattern, 8d @ 6-12 were verified and found to be acceptable.
As discussed on site, please note the following:
. For shear wall 1-3.5, it will be acceptable 1o have the County Building lnspector verify the shear paneling and
nailing prior to erecting the panels.. Clarifying General Notes, General, item 8, we would like to perform the observation of structural items following the
completion of framing and shear paneling. Please leave the holdowns for shear wall 1-42 visiþle and shear
paneling for those areas can follow our observation.. We will be issuing miscellaneous drawing clarifications discussed on site.
