REOUIRED ON LOT 51 DEPENDING ON THE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION OF THE LOWER LEVELS OF
THE HOME.
1 1) PURSUANT ATTACHED RECORDED PLAT NOTE #1 3 NO FENCES WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE
CONSTRUCTED ON THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 51 AND 52 IN ORDER TO ALLOW UNENCUMBERED
ACCESS TO THE WATER LINE INSTALLED ALONG (THOSE SUBJECT) LOT LINES.
