At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new sewer line and cleanout adjacent to the residence, the new 1,000-gallon two compartment poly septic tank with an effluent filter in the outlet tee of the tank, the new effluent line, the new distribution box, and the four gravelless chamber trenches. The trenches consisted of 14 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers per trench (56 total chambers, 672 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end of each trench. We received an as-built drawing of the constructed system and a letter certifying that the system was generally installed according to specifications from the OWTS designer dated February 27, 2024. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
