To recap, we will build a small, covered area fully contained within our property boundary. (See below photo of architect's rendering.) Surrounding that, we would like to add a small, paver patio, that is removable (see photo of dirt area that will become patio). As discussed , we understond thot if needed, the patio might need to be pull-ed up to occess the Robinson Ditch at our expense. We ore willing to ossume that risk and expense if needed in the future. Also, the memebers of the DRB evaluated the sprinkler system in the front yard. They identified that sprinkler heads that are within 10 feet of the neighboring foundation will need to be replaced with drip capability only or be removed. We will have this done before the system is turned-on for the Summer. ln order to move forward with Garfield County, we will need a brief letter indicating approval by the DRB to move forward with approval for the covered portion that will sit on a concrete pad within our property line.
