Below is a list of conditions to be addressed during construction. There is no response needed, compliance will be required during field inspections. Documentation is to be provided during construction, if needed. Please contact me if clarification is required. Conditions to be addressed durins construction: During the analysis of the Occupancy and Type of Construction based on the current code, 2015 lBC, this building can be of Type VB Construction when it's fully sprinkled. An A-3 Occupancy built to VB Construction can be 24,000 sq.ft.single story and 18,000 sq. ft. if multi-story. Sanitary facilities are required to be provided for workers. A list of required inspections will be attached to the plans. The fire sprinkler and alarm are required to be inspected and approved by the Local Fire Protection District. Please provide shop drawings to the Fire District for review and schedule the inspections accordingly. Please have the Fire Marshal sign the inspection card when the rough inspection is approved and when the final inspection is approved. All accessible door hardware shall have a shape that is easy to grip, including pocket and sliding doors.
