This is a courtesy message regarding your building permit application at Panorama Ranches Lot 22.
This afternoon I was able to finish the structural review and incorporate the new structural pages into your approved
FIELD COPY, that is completed now.
Earlier this week, I was able to complete the zoning review for the lot.
ln doing so, there is one CONDITION in Panorama Ranches that you moy or may not be aware of which I want to call
your attention to.
When the Preliminary Subdivision Plan went through the Garfield County Board of County Commissioner Hearing
Process, the adopted resolution included a requirement that all residential structures in the development be fire
sprinklered.
Attached is a PDF of the recorded BOCC resolution, see page 4 item 14.

Brooke W. and Sam l. will then verify / confirm sign off from Public Health for the septic system design, print out permit
documents and prepare any open invoices.
