Regarding the roof height of the par(ally constructed (framed and plywood sided) residence at
Lot 31 of the Amended Planned Community Plat for High Valley Ranch, dated January 1st, 2001,
recorded in the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder’s office at recep(on no. 590277, being
situated in Sec(on 31, Township 6 South, Range 87 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, and Sec(on
36, Township 6 South, Range 87 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Garfield, State of
Colorado, and having a street address of 491 High Aspen Drive, Glenwood Springs, Colorado, High
Country Engineering, Inc. surveyed the structure on Friday, March 24th, 2023 and found the
following:
1. The average natural grade plane of the lot was found to be 7670.41’.
2. The mid-point of roof at plywood sheathing eleva(on was found to be 7690.34’.
3. The height of the mid-point of the roof stands 19.91’ above the average natural grade
plane of the lot.
The above-referenced data was collected u(lizing a Trimble S6 reflectorless total sta(on having a
calibra(on cer(ficate current through April 22nd, 2023.
