federal, state, or local law regulating the work and the 6arfield County Building Code, OWTS regulatrons and

The Building Division will collect a Plan Review fee at time ol application submittal. The perntii f*e, as
well as any Road lmpactfees will be collected when lhe permit is issued.
The permit application must be signed by the owner or by person having rvritten authority {rom the owner
to act as their rePresentative.
Building cannot be occupied until a Certificate of Occu;:anc;y (CO) is issued. Using the bLrtlding r,nrithoui a
CO will be considered an illegai occupancy and may be grounds for vacating the premises. lFinallCO
inspectron requirements will be attached to your approved field set of plans.)
