COUNTY'S 35-FOOT BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT AS DEFINED IN THE LAND USE DEVELOPMENT CODE

10) ANy CONSTRUCTTON ACTIV|TY THAT CHANGES THE BASIC CHARACTER OR TOPOGRAPHY OF THE
