A driveway approach is uuderstood to bo that portion of the county toad right-of way between the pavernent edge and the property iine tbat is designed and used for the intaohange of tlafflc betweeil the roadway and abutting property. 2. The Applicant shall not be perrritted to ercct any sign or display matorial, eithor fixed or movablen on or ertending over any portion of the county road right-of-way. 5.
