A driveway approach is uuderstood to bo that portion of the county toad right-of way between the pavernent edge and the property iine tbat is designed and used for the intaohange of tlafflc betweeil the roadway and abutting property. 2. At any lnterseotion, a driveway shall beresticted for a sufficiel$ distanse from theinterses'tion to preserve the normal md eafe movemeirt of Uaffic. All entrauoes and exits shall be so looated and construst€d that vehicles appruaching or using them will be able to obtain ailoquato sight distance in both dilections along the county road in order to mansrver safely and without interferi4g with county road trafBc. 4. The Applicant shall not be perrritted to ercct any sign or display matorial, eithor fixed or movablen on or ertending over any portion of the county road right-of-way. 5. Generatly, no moro tlan one approach sball be allowed any parcel or prcperty the frontage of which is less than one hundrcd (100) fsst. A11 driveways shall be so locatod that the flartd portion adjacent to the traveled way will not encroach upon adjoining property. 7 . No commeroial driveway shall have a width greatm than thifiV (30) feet measured at right angles to the centuline of the driveway except as inctreas€d by permissible radii, No noncommercial drivoway shal1 have a width greater thau twerrty (20) feet measured at right angles to the senterline of the driveway, except as increased by pumissible radii.
