RE: Grading Permitn Cooper Minor Subdivision: BLCO-03-24-8553
Dear John:
This office has reviewed the documents provided for the Grading Permit qryXication ofthe Cooper
Minor Subdivision. The submittal was found to be thorough and well organizrd. The review
generated the following comments:
1. The CDPHE Stormwater Discharge permit should be issued md a copy prrovided to
Garfield County prior to issuing the grading permit.
2. The Applicant should evaluate the overtopping of the detention ponds during larger
magnitude storms. In the inter{m between the proposed grading pXam and final build-out
it should be verified that runoff would be safely conveyed thrcnngh the projmt without
detriment to adjacent properties.
Feel free to call ifyou have any questions or comments.
Sincerely,
Cross
