The submittal was found to be thorough and well organizrd. The review generated the following comments: 1. The CDPHE Stormwater Discharge permit should be issued md a copy prrovided to Garfield County prior to issuing the grading permit. 2. The Applicant should evaluate the overtopping of the detention ponds during larger magnitude storms. In the inter{m between the proposed grading pXam and final build-out it should be verified that runoff would be safely conveyed thrcnngh the projmt without detriment to adjacent properties. Feel free to call ifyou have any questions or comments.
