submitted on 1-3-24.
The ARC opproves the plons. You moy proceed with permitting. Pleose do the following
prior to construction:
r 2 hord copies of opproved plons with wet stomps submitted.
o Provide confirmotion to Elk Springs ARC when oll required Gorfield County
opprovols hove been obtoined.
r Poy the $53,500 construction deposit to Elk Springs HOA see ottoched deposit
schedule.
o Schedule o preconstruction meeting 7 doys before excovotion, with Will Vonnice
onsite olong with controctor ond excovotor must be presenf. All lfems on exhibit C
part 2 must be completed prior to this meeting.
o Exhibit D will be reviewed ond completed during pre-con meeting olong with
review of rules for controcior.
r Alliiems obove must be completed before pre-con meeting.
