Environmental Health Specialist III Garfield County Public Health RE: Nutrient Farm - OWTS Concurrence Letter Permit Number _SEPT‐7966_& SEPT‐8152 Revised Mr. White, The purpose of this letter is to provide engineering concurrence for the above referenced OWTS installed at Nutrient Farm located on Riverbend Drive in Garfield County, CO. Based upon our field inspection on June 4th, 2024 and in concert with AS-BUILT information provided, the installation has been performed in general compliance with our design shown in the attached AS-BUILT drawings, with insignificant deviation. All system components and pump test results meet the intent of the design and are therefore accepted by the design engineer. Exceptions include: 1. Grease Trap to be installed at a later date, prior to operating food truck. 2. Final grading to ensure slope away from Soil Treatment Area 3. Flushing assembly lids and inspection port risers to be flush with finish grade 4. Threaded caps to be installed on Inspection ports once final grading is complete 5.
