1) Date of Improvement Survey Certificate field work
6/11/2023. Units of measure US Survey Feet.
2) PURPOSE STATEMENT: This Survey was performed to
locate and certify improvements for DAVID BROWN &
WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and to show existing
Improvements and their relationship to the Easements and to
said subject Property boundary.
3. This Survey was completed without the aid of a Title
Commitment.
4) The Boundary dimensions, Easements and Rights Of Way
shown HEREON are per the record Final Plat Reception
#734932 for the subject property Recorded on OCTOBER
10th, 2007 in the County of Garfield State of Colorado.
5) Verified Building Setbacks AND Restrictions with
permitted set of Plans and this Survey.
6) NOTICE ACCORDING TO COLORADO STATE LAW YOU MUST
COMMENCE ANY LEGAL ACTION BASED UPON ANY DEFECT IN
THIS SURVEY WITHIN THREE (3) YEARS AFTER YOU FIRST
DISCOVER SUCH DEFECT. IN NO EVENT, MAY ANY ACTION BASED
UPON ANY DEFECT IN THIS SURVEY BE COMMENCED MORE
THAN TEN YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE CERTIFICATION
SHOWN HEREON.
